SWITEK 6 Cavities 1L Buckets Side Entry IML Solution

The video on show is the in production of a 6 cavities of 1L buckets with temper evidence and handle at the cycle time around 10s. Since it's the season of the iced fruit tea, the producer has 6 staffs to do the handle assembly and packing. To reduce the labour use and increase the production efficiency, an optional solutions is to have 2+2 (2 cavities buckets + 2 cavities handles mould layout) which the IML robot will have the handles fit into the buckets after pick them out.

The IML robot with bucket handle assembly is a custom made SW833-S6 of which a handle picking and assembly unit would be added to the side entry IML robot to finish the IML labeling and handle assembly.
