JH-WELLTEC Machine India Pvt. Ltd. on show Welltec new injection molding machine SEII 380 in production of one cavity chair without robot picking in exhibition to show the capacity of the injection molding machine.
In the demo show JH-WELLTEC Machine India Pvt. Ltd. chose a cold runner mold in production of the chair. The advantage of the cold runner mold is it's lower cost and easier for maintenance but will have a runner to be removed manually or automatically. In this show JH-WELLTEC Machine to have the chair free dropped and the runner removed manually. It's economic but not attracting to visitors in an exhibition.
To provide customer with a more efficient turn-key injection automation solution, the better choice would be to have the injection molding machine equipped with a SWITEK 3 axis servo injection robot SW6712DS-20 which has a payload up to 8kg and could be easilly programmed with EOAT sets to remove the runner automatically.

For PVC/PPR pipe fittings with nuts with a diameter of around φ25mm most of the producer will choose an injection molding machine of around 250T and a mold cavities of 8 Cavities, will a more cavities mold design with a larger injection molding machine a better choice for pipe fittings producers?
