In ongoing PlastImagen 2025 in Mexico, Demag working with StackTeck automation on show rPET containers side entry IML Solution with vision control by Demag El-Exis SP420-2500 hybrid injection molding machine.
Recycled PET or rPET containers with IML is getting more and more popular as the food package as an eco-friendly products and high transparency. The IML solutions on show PlastImagen 2025 by Demag and Stackteck is a ultra thin-wall containers of PET with the IML labels supplied by MCC.
Different form the recycled PP material, the PET recycling technology is now a mature technology to produce a food grade recycled PET material for food package. The IML containers made from rPET would be and ideal substitution of of the PP container to reduce the carbon footprint and protect our environment.
