NPE 2024, SEPRO on show the EOAT fast change application of their heavy duty injection robot with servo axis A/C to provide the clients a more dynamic automation application of injection robot in their large size plastic parts injecdtion production.

Fast change is a device which will mostly installed to the head of a 6 axis servo industrial robot in a project which will request the robot to pick different parts with a variety of EOATs to finish the production process like assembly. With a servo A/C axis will enable the robot to turn the parts at any direction to meet the special picking and placing demand of the injection production process. It's very important in the production of complex plastic parts such as car bumper.

As the counter part of SEPRO robot, SWITEK SW77 series heavy duty injection robot can be equipped with servo A/C axis to provide a payload up to 50kg for the injection automation application of car parts production, plastic pallet picking etc. Will provide clients around the world a price smart solutions of large size and complex plastic parts picking.

What's the Working Process of SWITEK Ball Valve Injection Automation System?

PVC/PPR ball valve is a very important pipe fittings in the drainage system in control of the water flow.
