Ningbo LK Technology Co., Ltd. new two platen servo injection molding machine FA2500 installed for the production of plastic pallet with robot picking.
Plastic pallet is an eco-friendly solution in modern logistic compared to the traditional wooden pallet. The injection molding machine for plastic pallet production generally is around 2100~2500T. In this project LK have their FA2500 two platen injection molding machine as the turn-key solution with a heavy duty injection robot.
For an injection molding machine of 2500T for plastic pallet, the payload of the injection robot should be at least 50kg, it's better to be with a servo posture to provide a more stable and reliable placing of the pallet. The robot available could be SWITEK 3 Axis servo heavy injection robot SW7725DS which has a payload up to 50kg and A/C servo optional.

PVC pipe fittings are one of the most commonly used connector in the drainage project and a cold runner designed mold is the most economic solutions for the production of the PVC pipe fittings, but the removal of the runner in result is a labour intensive work. Is there any economic way to remove the runners from the PVC pipe fittings automatically?
