India customer is testing their 2 cavities 1L pails mold with SWITEK IML Robot at SWITEK to ensure the success of their new IML project for 2025 season.
The new IML project in testing is a 2 cavities of 1L pails IML solution for the production of 1L IML pails without temper evidence lock and handle. It's a regular container for the ice cream and yogurt with film sealing. The mold is designed for a YIZUMI P250 high speed injection molding machine and tested with a P380 high speed injection molding machine at SWITEK at a cycle time around 12s.
