Hwamda Machinery New Two Platen Injection Molding Machine HMD DU2100 Started Up in A Large Size Dustin Project Without Robot

Hwamda Machinery has a new two platen servo injection molding machine HMD DU2100 started up in a large size dustbin injection production project without injection robot.
With European two platen injection unit, HMD DU2100 is an excellent injection molding machine for deepcavity products. In this project the machine started up without an injection robot. To maxmize the productity and for production safety, the better solution would be with a SWITEK 3 axis servo injection robot SW7518DS to pick and stack the dustbin. With a payload up to 15kg, SWITEK is an ideal choice for this project.
As a two platen injection molding machine, Hwamda HMD DU2100 provide sufficient clamping force with excellent opening stroke for deep cavity product but much shorter in length, will help to reduce the floor installation space with a maximized per square meter productivity. It's a price smart investiment for the productivity of deep cavity products.
