ENGEL On show new all electric injection molding machine e-motion 280 with 2 cavities 1.3L pails optical quality controlled side entry in mold labeling solution at the speed of 4.5s at FAKUMA2023 to demonstrate the high-performance thinwall-moulding of the new injection molding machine.
The new ENGEL E-motion series all electric injection molding machine is capable of producing thin-walled packaging parts with a flowpath-wallthickness ratio below 1:400 and complex geometries. Plus an injection speeds up to 600mm/s and a maximum injection prussure of 2,600 bar to guarantee optimum filling of all cavities at very short fill times and injection strokes. Not only these, with the new machine controlled by the digital assistat program "iQ motion control" automatically optimises acceleration and deceleration of the moving platent, the cycle time can be reduced by more than 12% will avoiding higher load and wear on machine components. That's why the IML system can achieve a cycle time in production of 2 cavities 1.3L pails at the amazing cycle time of 4.5s with optical quality control.
